Opel Corsa Radio Code?

I have just had my car battery changed and my radio is now on a 'safe' mode and wont let me use it until I type in the radio code. However I was never given one! Has anyone who has had a Opel had this problem and know who I should contact? I have tried emailing whatever Opel car websites I can find, but if anyone knows the correct contact please help! Thanks
