...we phone the police? It drives us absolutely crazy!! Every single say at 3pm it starts and doesnt' stop till we go home. It makes me want to throw my computer at it.
We've left notes on the car asking him politely to sort it out, but nothing has happened.
We've never seen the owner, but the car does move place. Also its parked several office blocks down from where the owners office is.
It's gotten to the point where we're jumping at any sound that beeps! Lol.
Can we phone the police?

Well in the UK I'd phone the noise nuisance department at the local Council offices, rather than the Police.....do you have anything similar?

I am surprised you haven't called the police already after leaving a note on the car and also knowing he works far enough not to hear the car alarm and be bothered by it. What an idiot...now I'm mad.

Yes you can. Leave a note on the windscreen telling him that he had best sort it or you will call the police.

You can phone them but they wont come out.They don't come out for house alarms let alone cars.

You can say it is a public disturbance which they will deal with
Or if that doesn't work, talk to the security in your building to tell them to wait until the owner of the car gets back and then to tell them to get the heck out of there
